Do I need to activate my Ready Broadband card?

Yes, you need to activate your card in order to use it. To activate your card, please have your ESN number handy. Your ESN is located on the back of your Ready Broadband card. (See below – What is my ESN?). To activate your card:

  1. Dial 1-800-593-2207 (24 hours a day/7 days a week)
  2. Follow simple activation instructions.
Note: You will need to wake up/activate your card each day of use.

Does any time come with the Ready Broadband card?

A FREE 5MB card is provided with the purchase for testing. The 5MB is good until midnight on the day of activation.

How do I connect with my broadband card?

Once you have woken up/activated your card you will need to click on the connection manager, click on the middle bottom button that says "Connect".

What is my ESN?

Your ESN is an 11 digit unique identifier for your card and is located on the back of your card.

How do I add usage to my account?

  1. Purchase a Ready Broadband prepaid refill of $25, $45, or $75. Refill cards are available through the Pay-N-Go Incomm terminal or by visiting https://storefront.readymobile.com/
  2. Dial 1-800-593-2207
  3. Follow the simple instructions.

How much am I able to download with each refill card?

*Estimates based on the following file sizes: Email 10KB, Photo 60KB, Music 4MB. Rates and features are subject to change without notice. Taxes, surcharges and fees extra. 5MB FREE activation data expiration is midnight on the day of activation.

How do I check my balance?

Simply dial 1-800-593-2207 and choose the balance inquiry option.

Does my airtime expire?

Yes, you will lose any unused balance by the expiration date based on the activation date of the refill car.

What is your return policy?

You may return your Ready Broadband card up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the equipment purchase price. You may not return the equipment if damaged by improper usage or modification that results in the equipment failure. Please call 1-800-593-2207 to process.

Refill cards are not refundable.

What can I expect for access speeds?

The average download speed is 400 to 700 kbps*. These speeds will vary based on numerous factors including weather and geographic location (hills, valleys, etc.).

Where will I receive coverage with my Ready Broadband card?

Under an agreement with Sprint, ReadyBroadband customers have access to service anywhere on the Nationwide Sprint Mobile Broadband Network.*
