To help you manage your account and minimize surprises about your account Ready Mobile will ask you to sign up for Usage Alerts. We will send you free text messages about plan usage in your account.

You are responsible for the minute/text/data usage on all your phones. This is just another tool to help you keep track of your plans. We cannot guarantee the delivery of these messages to your phone.

You can opt out of these messages anytime by texting STOP in response to the alerts, or dial 611 on your Ready Mobile phone and ask our Customer Service representative to take you off the Usage Alerts list.

Ready Mobile offers a variety of plans for you to choose from. For details, refer to our plans page.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on a monthly basis for the plans you have chosen. You are currently on billing Cycle 22; which means statements are created on the 22nd of every month and your credit card will be charged on the 26th of each month.

MY ACCOUNT (www.myaccount.readymobile.com) will show your balance when you login. If you need help with your LOGIN please contact Customer Service by dialing 611 on your phone or by calling (800) 570-3869.

Customer Service can provide an ACCOUNT BALANCE as well.

NOTE: Network usage records can be delayed from the carriers. Ready Mobile is not responsible for reporting delays. You are responsible for all usage on your account.

Yes! Here is the information you will need to have to move your phone number to your new Ready Mobile phone:

You can keep your current wireless phone number!

1. Gather the following information & have available for Customer Service agent:

  • Billing Name on current account
  • Address as it appears on your current billing statement
  • Phone number you want to keep
  • Account Number for the current provider (this is generally not the same as the phone number, please confirm)
  • 4 Digit Pin used to access the account
  • Last four of your Social Security Number (if different than your PIN)
  • Valid contact number and/or email which is not either number involved in the port (in case we need to contact you)

2. Call Customer Service at (800) 570-3869. Tell them you want to PORT your CURRENT PHONE NUMBER to your NEW PHONE. (NOTE: your previous account will have to be active, and not in a contract in order to be released to us)

3. Customer Service will manage the change.

4. There are no charges or fees associated with keeping your phone number.

5. Once completed you will need to program your phone. An email will be sent with programming instructions once the Port is completed.

  • We do our best to complete this process as quickly as possible, however the port process can take 24-48 business hours to complete. (Most will complete sooner, but varies based on current provider.)
  • Your current provider generally will respond promptly, but officially has up to 72 hours to release your number to us. We cannot control this timeline.
  • There will be a period of time where both your old phone and Ready Mobile phone will be without service during the port process.
  • Because of the above factors, we do not recommend starting the port process on Fridays, as you could be without service over the weekend should anything go wrong.
  • Any inaccurate information will delay the port process and you will be without phone service during this time. Please be sure all of the above information is accurate before calling to begin the port process.

We offer an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty on all handsets, devices and modules (items). For details, please refer to the Ready Mobile Warranty and Refund Policy.

You are responsible for all usage on your account. Contact Customer Service immediately at (800) 570-3869 to deactivate or suspend a lost or stolen phone.

If you find the phone at a later date, we can reactivate the handset; however, you may need a new phone number.

No. The service we provide depends on you continuing to choose us as your wireless service provider. We work hard to keep our phones, plans, and customer service friendly, flexible and budget aware so you will continue to partner.

In the event you choose to leave Ready Mobile, you will only be responsible for outstanding monthly charges.
